Artist's Profile David Easton was trained at Leicester College of Art and Scraptoft College of Education in England. He was elected member of the Royal Institute of Painters in Watercolours in 1985. David is a part-time tutor at Leicester College of Adult Education. His exhibitions include: 1983 - 96 The Burford Gallery, Oxon, England; 1986 Royal Academy Summer Exhibition; 1987 The pastel society; 1988 - 91 Mid-cornwall Galleries; 1989 Britain's Painters, invited artist; 1991 Singer & Friedlander/Sunday Times Watercolour competition; 1992 R. I. at the Royal Vest of England Gallery; 1992 Shell House Gallery, Ledbury, England; 1992 Linda Blackstone Gallery, Pinner, England. Awards include: 1984-85 Herring Award at the Mall Galleries; 1987 Winsor and Newton/R.I. Members Award; 1992 Henton Prize, Leicester Society of Artists.
